I've been sick for two days, so I haven't really eaten. I literally can't eat. Last night I started feeling better so I ate a little steak and some friend pickles. I woke up just ask sick as yesterday. I'm back to square one...yey.
Today I haven't eaten anything. I will eventually eat something and then end up at square one, again.
So my question is when I finally get better what happens if I go from virtually no carbs to my regular 25 carbs? Ooor should I do a day or two with 20 carbs and then two with 25...because in all technicality I'm supposed to be moving up to 30 carbs soon. Maybe I'll just hold off on moving up the later for another week.
Any ideas?

It makes sense...I was so excited about moving up the rungs. Oh, well. That's life.
