  • My thoughts so far.

    I'm so happy that I am able to eat more veggies now, it honestly gives me a lot more variety as to what I am allowed to eat. I have basically been eating 5 more carbs of veggies, at least every other day, or every two to three days, just so my body can get adjusted to it. We will see how effective that is once I find out how many inches and how many pounds I have lost within the week. =) I'll get my measurements tomorrow and then my weight on Wednesday.

    So, if everything goes well, am I allowed to have my 20 Carbs every day since my body has gotten used to it and all and keep on this rung until I am quite ready to move onto the next Rung, which will be the first of January. I mean, I am in ketosis. Answers would most definatly be appreciated! =) This way of life rocks!!

    Yep Bekka, if all goes well this week, you can add it in every day, stay at that for a couple of weeks and as your not moving to the next rung til Jan you could always add an extra 5 net carb veggies so you're at 25... before you move on.

      I think this is a great idea. This way, by the time you move on, you will know that your body can handle 25 carbs, and it will be easier to switch out 5 of those carbs to try dairy, and still get in a healthy amount of veggies.

        Oooh, smart idea. I'll alternate 25 grams every other day after next Wednesday and have 20 carbs every day. We'll see what happens. =)
