    Any Subsitutes for Spaghetti???

    I am on rung 3 nuts/seeds. I have bee craving spaghetting for the last couple of days. does anyone have a recipe for legal spaghetti? I wonder if spaghetti squash would work??? Any ideas????

          Spaghetti squash is a veggie that's legal for Induction Phase and Rung 1 of OWL.

            There's a couple of recipes for speghetti squash in the recipe forum under main dishes. I had speghetti squash last night with an organic tomatoe sauce and parmesian cheese last night. YUM! I'll bump a few recipes up for you.

                Sweets...how long did you spend on rung one and two? I am thinking of monving up after Christmas and wanted to get a sense of other people's timelines.

                  Hi Blue,

                  I did induction for 2 weeks.. then 1 week at rung 1 (extra veggies) I have skipped rung 2. I just started nuts/seeds today. I had 20 almonds!!! It was nice.. they tasted really sweet though!!!

                  I started Novemeber 19th. So today is day 24!! No cheats. I have read how just about everyone experienced more weight loss once they moved on.

                  If you did clean induction, and your start day was Sept 10/07 you should be able to move on. As long as you have been on rung 1 for at least 1 week!!

                    Spaghetti squash is a wonderful veggie!! I highly recommend that you try it.
