depends on the fruit that are in it.
you have to be on the appropriate rung for that fruit...like berries and you can have strawberry jam and so on.
Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

Just be aware that they are sweetened with maltilol which is a sugar alcohol.
What are sugar alcohols? Read this thread in our Faq FORUM to find out.

There is some debate on whether we should count the carbs of sugar alcohols - read this thread from our FAQs to decide what you will do.

My personal choice is that if the SA's have no 'bathroom effect' on my body it means my body is processing those carbs so I count them but if they do make me spend the next hour or so on the loo then my body is not processing them so I dont need to count them as carbs.

Needless to say I dont often indulge!!

I find I can make a good substitute by pureeing raspberries or other fruits and adding splenda

I agree with Elizellen....make your own. If you like it a little thicker, add some guar gum or not starch, konjac powder or such.

I hadnt thought of adding gum or thick'n'thin not starch to make it thicker, thanks for the suggestion, Chicklady

I think i will leave the jam until im at Goal, that way a stall wont matter. I have never made jam and dont think i would get the time to, ( i have 4 Kids, 1 is a very busy 18mth old!! and i am also a child minder).

Maybe one day i should look into it though, or get the kids to do it for me!!
