Hi All, I am wondering if Coffee Decaf can sorta either hault weigh loss or slow it? I can't see how that can be but for some reason I'm not moving on.
Every now and then a get a Starbucks Decaf Moca Latte'. No added sugar and no whip. My carbs aren't high so was wondering if I have to worry about that.
    thanks,

    Re: coffee

It all depends on your body. Since I cut out coffee I am losing faster and more consistently. I do drink one cup of decaf a week and am okay. I would also check what Starbucks is using to make the latte...milk, etc.

      Re: coffee

i think starbucks is generally a bad idea unless you get the house blend and use nothing but sweetener and heavy cream in it. i drink coffee at home [flavored coffee with cream & splenda] and it - in my opinion - helped me break a stall. you never quite know what hidden carbs are in store-bought / coffee-shop-bought drinks...

        Re: coffee

Decaf coffee or tea still contains caffeine. Albeit, it's a much smaller amount, but it's still there.

          I agree with you.
I bought decaf coffee, whipping cream, cocoa unsweetned and stevia.
it's quit good. No more dunkin donuts coffee and Starbucks. It sure is hard to pass them by but this way it satisfies me. I'm not into the iced coffees like some are. they are loaded with sugar.
          thanks
