Yesterday i cheated!!
I was out most of the day doing some heavy duty xmas shopping! afterwards I went around a friends. I'd had a small bag of nuts earlier on the day, but nothing really for lunch so by the time 6.00 o'clock came i was very hungry!!
There was not much atkins friendly food about so i ended up having a cheese salad sandwich and small slice of birthday cake!!
Today i have gone straight back on my atkins diet, but was wondering whether to do induction for a few days or just go back to where i was on rung 4??
I used the Ketostix earlier and my stick went pale pink, so i have a trace of ketones, so hopefully i havent done too much damage??
What do you guys think?
