Hi All, Well I did it. I gained 6 pounds since November.Didn't have the self control with all the goodies they would bring to work.
Chocolate covered Strawberries, cookies galore. Ones I've never seen or tasted before. Allot of food. I did fairly well but gave in and here I am 6 pounds heavier. I hate it and as you know just one makes those cravings come back and it's a downward spiral.
So my question is this...Do I go on induction for two weeks or just pick up where I left off? I think I need a boost to get going but not sure. I'm getting on that treadmill.
