Cod In Butter Sauce??

it only has 2.1 carbs per portion, but i noticed in the ingreadients that there is corn starch.

Made by Youngs, piece of cod in a cream and butter sauce.
Is this a legal food??

(this could be a UK thing, im not sure if you guys in the usa will know what im talking about here )

I know it, I used to like it. I'd skip it now though cos of the cornstarch. It's pretty easy to bake a bit of cod and make your own cream/butter sauce.

yes i guess it would be easy to make myself. I had some in the freezer for the kids, which is handy when im having a lazy day!
I will definetly see about making it myself, it is a nice dish.
