  • breakfast-please help

    if i have to eat eggs one more time, i am seriously going to go without food instead. Please give me some ideas for breakfast other than eggs- that includes quiches, frittatas, NO EGGS, please!!!

    Hi.....Breakfast isn't just breakfast anymore. You can have leftovers or a tomato & cheese salad. Some veggies. You can eat whatever you want as long as it is legal and allwoed on the rung that you are on. Enjoy this and don't get bored. Be creative. It works well.

        There are tons of ideas!

        You can make really delicious low carb things like, muffins or pancakes. (I have a bunch of really great recipes as do many other people here on this board)
        You can have bacon, sausage, hot dogs, chicken, anything!
        Be creative, it actually becomes really fun.

          Breakfast doesn't have to be eggs. This morning for breakfast I had rye crackers with hummus.

          What you can eat for breakfast really depends on what phase of OWL you are in, as Grant pointed out.

            im a sweet, quick breakfast person so thats yogurt for me, with strawberries or blueberries or some torani chocolate syrup.
            Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

                With dairy, try cottage cheese, and I especially love Greek yogurt! It is thick and creamy. Cottage cheese though will give you more protein.
