    Okay, I start OWL on Monday and have a really stupid question. I've read the stickies and the book and I just can't figure this out.

    Do I eat 5gr carb worth of veggies in addition to the three cups or do I eat the 5gr worth in addition to my average induction carb count of veggies. I'm not even sure I am asking this right. But can I just keep measuring my three cups and add another serving worth 5gr. or do I need to get the average of my carb count add 5gr and then eat 3 cups plus more veggies until I equal my average plus 5. Oh crud... I'm still not sure if this makes any sense

    just add 5 net gram carbs of veggies. that might be more broccoli (or whatever) or you might add another new veggie to your list.
