Re: Post Goal Blues! Is there such a thing?
Ohhh, I do wish I could relate to that problem LOL! I will again, just not today
But seriously, I am SO glad you posted this. It means you're AWARE of the fact that, in a sense, you're addicted to seeing that scale move. I have a friend, that thrived on the compliments of her weight loss, and it is such a feel good rush, how do you quit? Well, she's lost, and lost, and has gone from chubby, to lookin hot, to smokin hot, and sadly, on to thin, too thin, and now gaunt.
You do need to set new goals to replace that part of your life, and continue to be aware of yourself so that you don't gain it back. I do wish you the best! Great job on the transformation!

As I said earlier, I think that losing a few more pounds would help. I'm just going to see what happens, naturally. I'm still getting the hang of "leveling off" my weight, so it is possible that I may lose a pound or two just trying to do that. We'll see.

. Maintenance may be harder, but it's so very satisfying. Even after two and a half years, I still haven't lost that slightly smug, self satisfied feeling
