I'm really confused about something. I'm 1 month in, dropped two sizes but have only lost 10 lbs. Don't get me wrong I'm very excited about the inches going but I would like to see the pounds come down as well. Any thoughts?

Re: Question
10 pounds in a month is a lot! That averages more than 2 pounds a week. If you're stalling, it may be post-induction stall syndrome. I didn't really lose for about four weeks and now the weight is starting to drop again.
In order to see if anything's wrong with your diet, consider posting in the menu review section. But I think you're doing just fine. The scale just shows a number visible to you, as long as you're dropping inches, you're experiencing a change in your body shape that will be noticable to everyone!

Re: Question
Congrats on the 2 dress size loss. I'm sure you look significantly smaller!
Give your bod time to adjust. The loss of inches means you lost fat. The poundage loss can be water loss or fat loss or a combo of water and fat loss. So be patient.
When I was losing, I noticed periods of time where I didn't lose any scale weight, but I would lose inches. Likewise, there were periods of time where I lost scale weight, but no inches.

Re: Question
You're doing wonderfully... and yes, your body weight will catch up (unless you're building muscle with exercise, which is good). If you've dropped the dress sizes, that's the most important thing... that's the real thing. Before and after:

Re: Question
It's the size that counts. I'm UP 4 lbs for no apparent reason, but went from a 14-16 to a solid 12 in the last week. Go figure!@
