  • I figured out the Stall---YAY!

    In one acronym, PMS. Who knew?

    I had the most agonizing cramps 2 days ago, which lasted 10 hours. AFter that, I had to pee every half an hour. By the next morning, I was back on track with my weight loss.

    You guys were right. I did not need the Kekwick (never did it anyway). Thanks!

    As well, the past few days, I've been trying to eat more regular;y, and fattening up whatever I do eat. Also, I added 1 tablespoon fish oil and 1 teaspoon sunflower-seed butter everyday.

    I'm not longer stalled at 8-lbs. YAY!

    I dumped a ton of water this time around on my TOM. I am glad you didn't do the fast. Congrats!

      Yeah! TOM always stalls me too and then I lose like crazy after.
