i am losing like crazy. seriously. i have gone from 193.5 to 171 in 2 months. i am not complaining, but i am not hungry and i know thats why my weight has really started to fall off lately. is this a side effect of ketosis? is it ok? for example, i ate a slice of ham today, a slice of cheese, and a handful of nuts. for dinner i am going to have buffalo chicken salad. i guess i am not eating enough?
