I entering week 7'sh. of this WOE.....am currently on rung one...
I am getting in at least 20 grams of fiber a day (through vegies and flax and supps), drinking 10+ glasses a day of water, and getting in exercise, and calories have been 800-1400, but am having some issues for you experts to help me with pretty please?
1.) NO poo...NO matter what I do.....(Lol ohh I"m a poet)
2.) weight loss in the last 2 weeks has halted
3.still feel weak
4.) NOT hungry, thus the low calories some days
Now I know that too low in calories can be bad..but isnt it really a calorie in verses calories out ratio? OK now be nice...I truly have NO desire to return to any other way of eating...but I needs some help!! :,)

-- also I will look at home I have a natural colon cleanse at home that doesn't hurt your tummy.. will find out the name and forward to you. (b) Your probably in a "PAUSE" with weight loss because you haven't moved up the rungs -- sometimes you have to fool the body in order to make it lose -- if it doesn't think your are "dieting" it won't go into starvation mode, (c) your weak because you are exercising and not eating enough carbs and/or calories--- you can get the extra carbs your body needs without sacraficing the calorie intake you just have to research though I think you are eating too little calories as well. (d) if your not hungry try to eat smaller meals more often -- I know this is harder than it sounds especially if you are on the go and have little ones.
