Okay now most of you know I've been sick. I've also had a lot of time to think about this way of eating especially since I cheated that one day, (yea, thats why my cheat free monitor is now on 2/32) I've decided on an 'experiment of sorts'. I've always advocated staying off the scale but I think i can handle this. Here is what I'm going to do.
I'm going to chart my carb intake, fiber, water intake, exercise done, and weight daily into my computer. I'm going to take special notices of the day I start the T.O.M. I'm stepping back to induction due to the cheat to get myself back on track. This is good for this expirament also because I can 'start over' and keep track of exactly how many carbs I'm taking in and as I move up the O.W.L. I can look back and review my weight fluxuations during the previous months.
I'll have to find a place where I can post this chart. I'm not sure if I can do it on here or not because I'd have to do it on my word processing program but where there is a will there is a way.
My hope is that people who have anxiety attacks when they get that T.O.M. can look at my chart and see that they are completely normal, ect.
