  • MM the yummiest thing :<)

I must share with you (and you vets already know about it) but you MUST try a good mock flax dansih!! MMM I have one about every morning and it makes me feel like I am enjoying a yummy flapjack!!

2T cream cheese...cook in microsafe bowl for 15 sec stir with fork till creamy
add an egg..once again use fork stir up till very creamy
    add 2 T flax stir
I use either 1 t vanilla or for even more yumminess I add 1 T flavored splenda syrups ( like raspberry)
stir all togther and nuke again for about 90 sec

use a knife to loosen from the sides and flip onto a plate

Some make their own 'frosting' with cream cheese ( I dont)
Some melt some butter with cinnamon in it and drizzle on top
Once you get to the berries you could add some..

MMMMMM Its good!! Plus high in fiber

I agree! It's a great legal treat. I usually stir in cinammon with the splenda before I cook it.

Another yummy legal treat is plain pork rinds drizzled with butter, cinnamon, and splenda. I got that idea from a low-carb site, but I'm at work and don't have the link (someone on the forum suggested the site).

Ok I found the website. It's http://genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html. The Cinnamon-crispy pork rinds recipe is listed under Snacks > Sweet Snacks.

          Hi Mom

Just made one and it was nice. I can imagine it would be lovely with splenda syrup. Not sure if I can buy it here but am going to look in to it.

Do you know how many carbs etc. this contains? Need to input it to fitday.
