    I'm so mad at myself!!!

    I was fixing my daughter a snack today and I ate 4 teddy graham sandwiches!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :raving This is the first time I've "cheated".....why did I do it :sadblinky I have no idea...Other than that, my day as been to plan...What should I do???Should I do anything????I'm so upset!!!!Tia
