    Subway?

I was just on the Subway website, and I was reading the nutritional value on the salads there. For an oven roasted chicken salad, no dressing, it's 11 carbs! Does this sound right? I don't think they're accounting for croutons...I was going to get that and ranch dressing (their ranch is 3 carbs). What the heck? I was going to get this for lunch but now I"m not sure...

Those carbs, hopefully, are from the vegs in it. There may be hidden sugars or fillers in the chicken. If I remember correctly, Subway's chicken is processed and that means fillers & sugar. Even fast food burgers have fillers in them. Maybe in a pinch this would be ok, but becareful it could stall you.

Nvm, I forgot to account for the fiber...so it's 7 net g of carbs. It seems like it should be ok...but I have been stalled for weeks. Sometimes all I have time for is fast food, so I hope all these fillers aren't stalling me.
