  • devine intervention....

    was the only reason I could still be in ketosis after this past weekend....

    my advice? never start a berry rung when you are
    1. physically overworked
    2. running on NO sleep
    3. overindulging in everything!

    berries tasted really good in my frozen Gray Goose!.... but I went overboard this weekend calorie wise...way over!!! thank goodness I was working my *** off!!!.....maybe it equaled out ...or maybe it was just some devine intervention that this morning I feel fine and am still on target?

      so was it the berries causing the eating of the extra foiod by tripping blood sugars for you? Did you have a fat with them? I haven't a clue what a grey goose is. Or was it the new higher carb levles that tripped you up?

      Or was it truley the stress hormones from being over worked that caused the eating?

      See lots of varibles to solve in OWL and why you need to retest and retest till you have difinative answers.

          I was crashing before the berries ...I worked my butt off then drank vodka and ate berries!...and cheese....the rest is history lets just say I set myself up and make no apology! it was really fun actually!.....but I am back on the stick had berries for breakfast and am fine thanks so much for all the support!
