I have a question for anyone who could help me. Ok I was wondering if once you get into 3 or 4th phase of Atkins, say you cheat one day, would you have to start all over or what??? I have been wondering since I started. If once you got that far and one day totally cheat and have a carb fest what would you do????

First off, I wanted to tell you that many of us have 'fallen off the bandwagon' only to start over again here on this board. I am one of them! I was losing consistently seven years ago, and just slipped away. This time I am determined to make this a life change for me.
Second, I get to a point (fairly quickly I might add) where if I eat something off of my plan (either on purpose or by accident), I feel very ill. My body just seems to prefer this way of life. So I do not plan on every returning to the sluggish, headache ridden, lazy way of life I have left behind.
I think your question is more along the lines of the 'rules': If you had progressed through the rungs and then fall away, where do you rejoin? Most will agree that it is back to a clean two week induction and the training process of OWL as you reteach your body how to eat again.33 yo // Female // 5'4"
