    I'm from Ontario, Canada.

Anybody found Davinci syrups in health stores etc., or is it only available online?

    Thanks.

    Re: Davinci Syrups

They sell them at Homesense here, I just bought some last week, ( i got to the Scarborough one) they have both davincis, plus another brand which is also Splenda and just as good.

There is also a low carb grocery store you can order from or shop in person located at Yonge and Eglinton. They sell them as well http://www.thelowcarbgrocery.com/cat....php?cPath=132

      Re: Davinci Syrups

Thanks for the info. Sadie. I had no clue about Homesense would carry this kind of suff. Will have to check it out after work today.

As to the Low Carb Grocery Store, they have moved to Markham about a month ago.

Sadie, where do you purchase your protein powder, sorry I'm fairly new to this and have held off with the protein powder, but the more I read the more it seems like alot of you are using it. I helps with the shakes to fill you up right?

      Thanks.

        Re: Davinci Syrups

Yes Homesense has a gourmet food aisle, they sell chocolate, oils, spices etc. They don't have Davinci's all the time, but I know right now the Scarborough one has quite a few (just make sure they say 'sugar free' some are not).

I do use protein powders, I really like them. But keep in mind they can cause some people to stall so use them carefully. I go between 2 different ones: Walmarts Equate Brand: whey protein suppliement it's $23 for a very large container, or Isofemme, which is at Loblaws and Shoppers and is around $21. The Isofemme is much thinner when mixed, more like a milk, so it's not as filling, but sometimes i prefer that. I've tried their chocolate, strawberry and vanilla and they're all good.

My usual though is vanilla and I just flavour it myself with extracts like banana, or fresh berries or cocoa. Keep in mind you should be on the correct rung before adding berries or fruit.

I'd keep an eye out for stalls when using protein powders, and make sure you don't go over your protein for the day...they both have 25+ grams in them.

I do find them really convenient and they do fill me up.
