ok so in my induction i lost 6 pounds the first week and nothing on the second week, so i moved to owl. (maybe its the period)??
i go up the ladder week by week cuz i'm only 20 (14 now) pounds over weight
i was exercising 30 mins every day in induction
but i think i'll cut it to 3 days a week 30 mins each
i wasn't eating my daily carb intake, cuz simply i'm not hungry, i would eat 3-5 carbs a day.
i'm not planning to count the carbs in owl either, cuz i only eat one meal most of days, which is meat.
will this not make me lose weight?
i'm 200% sure i wont exceed my intake limit.
