Hello everyone. I'm not sure if this goes under OWL or not, but since I AM in OWL, or was or whatever, I figured I'd post here.
I need help. Im in a huge funk
I'm still on plan but I fee llike I can bearly hang in there anymore. I don't crave junk food, but i really miss my yogurt,kefir and nuts. i miss berries too.
I just had a handful of brazil nuts and even though it's not so bad, Im slowly getting off track. I want to do this right and im finding it hard. I was happily climbing up the carb ladder and then i got "stalled' and as soon as I lowered my carbs again, I lost 2 lbs, my weight is now 256. What can I do? I have NO motivation, i feel like exercising would be useless, my goal seems so soooooooo far away, but yet im so unhappy with my body, im just BLAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I probably sound like a big baby, but it's how I feel.
Is it possible to stay at 20g of carbs and introduce other foods like dairy?
