I'm getting ready to move on to OWL but I'm a little confused about one thing. Do I add 5 carbs a day or a couple of times a week or what? I'm not quite getting that part. Also, is it ok to add basically the same thing? I would love asparagus so I'm thinking of just adding a can of asparagus every day as a snack, would that be ok?
