Just as a means to get a quick meal/ breakfast on the run, can I make a protein "milk" shake? How? Do I use whey protein powder or soya isolate or something else? Help! thanks

I dont know about anyone else but when I need something quick I use my whey protein mix with water and ice cubes. It works for me. Good luck!

I do vanilla whey, instant decaf coffee, small ammount of cold water, mix... add ice, fill with remaining water and drink. I never have been a breakfast person and if that means I have to drink a shake to keep my metabolism going... so be it.

I rely alot on shakes for breakfast, they are quick and keep me full for hours when i'm rushed. I use why protein isolate, and i usually add some berries, or flavourings like davinci. Sometimes I use soy milk for mix, sometimes water.

you can also make smoothies with yogurt, tofu etc if you don't have protein powder.

keep in mind you need to be on the appropriate rung of owl for what you add to it.

Does all whey protein powder have soy isolate in it as well? Or is there just whey protein powder? The store I went to every container said whey and soy isolate powder.

I use just a whey protein isolate. I've never seen them mixed together . I've seen only whey protein isolate or soy protein. I use the Equate (generic) brand from walmart.

Thanks Sadie. All the ones at the warehouse store had them both together. I was looking for some vanilla flavoured. Will check out Walmart next time I go to town.
