Hi there everyone!
So i started the OWL a week ago,still finding it difficult to eat and count carbs!
I am on Rung 1! What i need to do is go on the website thats counts carbs(which i got) and make sure i counting them.
Also need to force myself to eat,just not that hungry.
Anyway, my weight stalled for bout 2 weeks,but thats another 2lbs off....brilliant considering i only have 12lbs to go, even if i lost 1/2lb a week it is something.
Lastly, i need to sort myself out and get on this plan properly,especially if i am to find out my CCL.
