Ok...so here is my question...I know that after the 2 week induction I know it is best to move right on to owl, so this is what I am planning to do. I also know that when you go up the rungs you are supose to add 5 carbs per day of something off that new rung (if it is a new food then only 3 days a week), and I also know that during owl you are suppose to be finding you CCLL. So here is my question. Are you suppose to stay on the veggie rung until you reach your CCLL (so I could possibly be eating 80 carbs per day with just veggies)...or do I work my way up the rungs adding 5 carbs day until I have tried all the foods I want and then moving up to the next rung adding 5 carbs then... Is that confusing... Maybe if I put it like this.... Is this right
Average carbs on induction....20
Rung 1 - 25 carbs
Rung 2 - 30 carbs
Rung 3 - 35 carbs
and so on and so on
or is this right??
Rung 1 week 1 -25 carbs
week 2 -30 carbs
week 3 -35 carbs
and so on until I have met my CCLL at which point I move on to Rung 2
If the second one is right where do I start at for rung 2??? At my CCLL or at 25 carbs??
Any help clarifing this would be great!! I hope my question is clear??
