I have been on Atkins now for 7 weeks and i have done quite well, i lost 10.5lbs so far. Got another 11lbs to go.
I am currently on Rung 1 of OWL, to be honest not really counting carbs but still losing.
I intend to really start counting them and doing the plan properly.
What i really need advice about;i gave into temptation yesterday for first time, had a large bowl of vanilla ice cream and 5 biscuits. Never thought i would do it as so determined.
What should i do;i started a fresh this morning,should i continue on OWL as i was doing to see if still losing weight or what?
Any advice really would be appreciated, can't believe i cheated.
