For the last four weeks I have been fluctuation between 191 and 193.. water mainly; however, I woke up this morning and found myself down to 189. Finally in the 180's! :icondance :icondance :icondance

109 lbs. down... 11 lbs. to go. :yikes

I wouldn't have made it this far without the folks here at ha .

    WooHooooo!

Did you keep track of your measurements? I didn't lose pounds for 6 months, but I lost 3 dress sizes, so I never qualified for the definition of a "plateau" or stall.

                Thanks everyone!

@ bowulf: Indeed. I tried not to let it get me down, but I wouldn't be honest if I said it didn't cause more than one sigh of frustration.

@ shelbyquinn3089: heh Indeed I did. It's crazy... this I know. I am not really sure how it happened, but I started Atkins and cardio/weights and it seemed to melt off. I was actually worried at one point because I was dropping weight so quickly and I couldn't slow it down.

@ not2late: :nono I am affraid my flaw through this entire journey has been not measuring myself. My 34 pants, however, have fit about the same for the last month or so, so I don't think my waist has shrunk. I have been told that my face has continued to get smaller though.
