So I am trying to move up the rungs and have been using Ketostix to make sure I am still in ketosis when I introduce a new food. My question is...how long does it take for a food to take you out of ketosis?? Is it immediately, or does it take a few hours...a few days...?? I am enjoying expanding my food choices and so far I have been going basically by if the food causes me cravings and by the ketostix... so far so good I think....unless it takes a couple days and then I guess time will tell...
any info on this would be greatly appreciated!!
