This is one question that has confused me but the answers given never seem quite clear to me.
WE go up both 5 grams and at the same time add new foods on the rungs. So if weight loss stops, how do we know if it is our ACE or if we have added a food that stalls us?
I am thinking it would make more sense to continue on the same rung but add 5 more grams for awhile. Then if you reach your ACE (CCL) you know right then that's what is happening. If you are adding five carbs and new foods, you may not have reached your ACE but might be stalled just the same because of a problem with a particular food on that rung. (I know now that cheese and nuts can stall me)
Have I missed something in the explanations or does this point have some validity?
