Ok, I have LOTS of sources for raw and boiled (but who the heck boils onion anymore) anyways.... I am making an oopsie roll cheesesteak tonight with some sauted mushrooms and onions. I won't super carmelize them just basically stir fry-esq them. How would you measure and count them???
