    Out of curiousity,
    What's been your average weekly lost since you've been on OWL, and which rung are you finding you are losing more than normal on.
    (Questioned inspired by Chinadoll/Jill's response to another post regarding weight loss in OWL, lol, Jill, you said you were losing more in rungs 3 & 4....now I'm curious how everyone else is doing!)

    Just so you know, even on rung 3 & 4, I am averaging about 1 1/2 pounds a week. I am definitely the tortoise in this race.

        are you kidding! That is not slow. I'd be stoked if i were still losing 1.5 pounds a week. I'd be at goal. Be proud and take solace in knowing that i think my average is like .25/week.

          I've been losing about 1 pound a week. Started in January, and have lost 24-25 since then. Slow, yeah, but that's ok. I'm only about 3 pounds from my goal! And I've probably put on a lot of muscle, from various workouts.

          I'd say I'm on the wines and spirits rung now, food-wise, but I'm still pretty low on the carb counts. And haven't really added in any dairy or berries. Just more veggies, nuts (almond flour only), and wine.

          In fact just yesterday I figured I'd better start actually counting my carbs again, so I can start figuring out where my limit is. I'm probably around 30-40 a day, but I haven't counted for a while. Just keep eating my favorite meals.

          I'm going on vacation soon and worried about it! Too much temptation!

            Slow and steady---I like slow and steady, just as long as it's steady and my skin bounces back to whatever was normal before with the exercise I'm doing. Okay, so I'm hoping for the last part a lot!

            I'm averaging 1-2 pounds a week since I've moved up the OWL rungs. I'm currently testing the waters of nuts/seeds, rung 3---and so far so good, I think.
