Nuts and cream. I have portion control issues with both. I gave them both up this week. Very tough!!!!! Major cravings for them....the nuts are even haunting me in my dreams!!!! I have a huge can of them, but can't throw them out...there my DH's. He promised to take them to work tomorrow! I hope that helps me.

I'm allergic to sugar...it causes me to break out in fat!!!

Cream is becoming more and more questionable. When I use it in a cooked recipe, no problem. Adding it to my coffee a few times per week seems to stall my weight loss. I've only been on Atkin's a month so it's a little early in the game to make an official ruling though.

I haven't eaten any nuts since starting Atkin's but pre-Atkin's I ate them all the time and in large quantities too. No portion control here either which is why I skipped over the nut rung and went to the berry rung instead.

Its nuts for me too! And anything with caffeine- don't know if it actually the caffeine that causes the cravings or if it just stimulates my appetite- but I have done much better without them!

I hope they have this in my town. I want to get it. I am thinking about cutting butter too. Thanks for the info.
