  • Moving on Next week???

I am thinking about it. Someone suggested to me that I move on to OWL next week. I don't know though. I am apprehensive about it. I have only lost 12.5 lbs in 4 weeks and that's only 10% of my total to lose... Would you stay on induction until losing a bit more (I have 120 to lose total) or move on now? I am not bored with the food at all and aside from one bad night of pizza/pasta I am doing fine... Open to opinions!

ALSO: In regards to soy beans, is this in the shell or out of the shell I am to measure them?

    Legumes
    0.075 cup Cranberry Beans (Raw)
0.15 cup Chili beans, barbecue beans, ranch style beans or Mexican- style beans (Raw)
1/5 cup Fava Beans (Cooked, unmashed)
    1/5 cup Lima Beans (Cooked)
1/5 cup Red Kidney Beans (Cooked)
    3/4 cup Soy Beans (Cooked)
    0.15 cup White Beans (Cooked)
    Have a Beautiful Day

Bonnie, you've done a fantastic job losing and staying on course. That 12 1/2 pounds loss is fantastic!

I think you should go on to OWL, but that's your choice. I bet you'll do really well with the choices and experimenting.

    Have fun!

I agree Lisa. You don't have a high metabolic resistance to weight loss so there really is no reason for you to stay on Induction longer.

As for the soybeans---that value is for shelled soybeans.
