    Hi all... the following is a link about CCLL...

    Atkins

    I am trying to fine tune my OWL experience and am curious about others experiences woth regards to the total amount of carbs you can consume...
    I would love to hear from you and compare notes...

    SO far I think I can safely consume 30-40 grams of carbs and continue to lose. I am satiated and losing which is PERFECT!!!!
    I have deliberately increased my carbs to slow my weight loss down because I was feeling physically ill... since doing that, I am still losing and I feel fantastic.

    Sounds like you're right on track, Kathy.

    I'm at 40-45 carbs a day and I continue to lose at 1-2 pounds a week on average and I'm happy. I know it's a slow process, but as long as there's progress, I'm good...especially with having to work on toning the skin that's deflating

      I'm still in the process of trying to find mine. Right now I'm at 30 and still losing.

      HW/SW/CW/GW
      197/190/170/140

      First mini-goal: 180 lbs. met 8/9/2008
      Second mini-goal: 170 lbs. met 11/8/2008
      Third mini goal: 160 lbs. (which was my postpartum weight with my second baby)
      Fourth mini goal: 150 lbs.
      Ultimate goal: 140 lbs
