  • Finding your CCLL question....

    I'm on the berry rung....by mistake but I'm on the berry rung and I am still looking for my CCLL. Instead of moving on to the next rung, can I add another serving of berries for the next 5 carbs or is it better to stick to 5 carb serving of each rung? If you only eat one serving of each rung, what do the people with high CCLL's do?

      I wouldn't do that because berries have a slightly higher glycemic index than the Rung 1 veggies. So you might be okay eating 5 net carbs of blueberries, but eating 10 might trigger blood sugar instability issues.

      Better to add another 5 net carbs of the Induction veggies, imo, if you are still looking for your CCLL.
