I'm well into my fifth day on OWL, after a great 14 day induction. (I lost 14 lbs!) I haven't cheated and it's not near my TOM. 3 days in, I had actually gained a pound.
Today, I am back to my OWL starting weight. But I must say, that after such a great induction, I'm very disappointed to be at the same weight I was at 6 days ago.
I know I can't lose weight every day, and I know fluid shifts occur too. But I find myself struggling to eat...mainly because I'm sick of the limited food choices (although not as sick of them as I am of being fat!), and alot of times, I just don't "feel" hungry.
I guess I'm just looking for a little pep talk here!
