Re: Coconut Oil
Elsie, I just went back to my fitday chart to find out. I was on a stall from August 11 through August 28. I started the coconut oil on the 29th and now I am down three pounds. I take 3 tablespoons--once in the morning, at noon, and at dinner. It could be a fluke or it could be working, I don't know. But it will be interesting to see as I am tracking my daily progress and doing nothing different except adding the coconut oil. I just take it straight on a tablespoon--it kindof gets gaggy at times, but I am determined to give it at least a month to see what happens.
