  • okay, i've been losing 1-2 lbs a week on induction and i'm..

afraid to move onto OWL. I only had 23 lbs. to lose in the first place and I'm already down 9, but I don't want the last 14 to take FOREVER. I want to be at my goal by July. what should I do? stay on induction for a little while longer? i don't really have a problem with that, or do you think that the pounds may even start to pick up if i move on to OWL? I'm torn, please :help !

I would suggest staying on induction for awhile longer, but if you start getting bored with the food choices, think about going up the ladder a tad bit.

I would strongly recommend adding back at least the veggie rung to get more healthy veggies in your system with all the vital nutrients they contain. you are taking only 5 net of carbs/80 usable cals a day and the bulk of those veggies will fill you up helping you eat even less of the other foods and asssiting your weight loss.

With your induction loss you have low mnetabolic resistance so you should do fime. Just avoid the frankenfoods and see what happens. If in 3 weeks you are going too slow (remember to check those inches too as you morph your body on Atkins losing the fat mass and adding lean body mass) you can drop them.

      Happy low carbing.
