and no loss...I know - be patient. One good thing I've noticed since upping my veggies is no constipation which is huge. It's amazing how something like that can ruin a perfectly good day. I'm anxious to move on to the grain rung because I really like the low-carb tortillas. I know that's a way off but it's kind of like a reward to look forward too. Nuts scare me although I love almond butter and can seem to eat it in moderation whereas nuts seem to be more difficult to control portion-wise. I introduced eggplant as my new veggie and had no problems. I made a good moussaka with eggplant, gound beef, mozzarella, etc. It was yummy. I'm not a huge dairy person so I'm contimplating skipping the dairy rung - although I might like to try cooking with ricotta so maybe I'll give that some more thought. Ok, that's all from here - except that my bowflex is to arrive next week so soon I'll have the lovely ache of sore muscles. I love that feeling. My version of masochism I suppose.

Hang in there we don't always lose weight on a weekly bases.
You do know your body is going to superhydrate from the new workload on those muscles causing a scale upward movement? It will release the fluid as soon as it realizes you are actually nor under attack and that is the new everyday load expexted of those muscles.
