Hey guys! Well, I'm one half pound from goal...does that count?!
I kind of got hung up on the OWL rungs though. I did the more veggies, skipped dairy, added nuts, but maintained my carb count around 20 or so. I feel like I didn't do it right, but the good news is I think I need another 10lbs or so. That'll give me time to continue OWL and find my CCL.
I think I need some real help here. I'm so not good at adding the foods... :sadblinky

Legumes could mean adding chilli beans to a chilli recipe or something and try them that way.
