Whatever you are comfortable with. Some people here don't weigh at all. I think there is/was a no weigh challenge. Some of us weigh every day. Not recommended if it tends to affect you emotionally. Some once a week or month. As for measuring...you will be able to tell from your clothes as well. From what I have read here...as you get closer to goal your measurements are more important than the number on the scale. Especially if you are exercising (and you should be). Muscle weighs more than fat so you will LOOK thinner than you did at a higher weight than you did before when you had more fat than muscle at that weight. LOL...that is a confusing sentence isn't it?? LOL!
