What would be best to use as a thickener? Is WW flour ok? or can I use Soy flour? Help!

I use Arrowroot, As Megs mentioned about Rungs. You have to be at Rung 8 Starchy Vegetables using Arrowroot.MOTHEREARTH AKA SHERRI "HOW THE WORLD TURNS AS I SEE IT"
HT: 5'10.5-Highest weight-374 lbs.
Began ATKINS 07-07-04 @ 334 lbs.

Pureed veggies or cream are the best option if you are on induction. Soy flour would be OK on rung 6 of OWL (if you can stand the taste of it).Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I use xanthan gum, it only takes a very small amount and what you thicken does not have to be hot. Get it at the health food store or the health food section of some larger grocery stores.Age 56, height 5', highest weight 175 lbs. 2002
