Re: moving up the rungs ?

Are you positively certain you have a ccll of 25? If so, you may not be taking quite enough exercise. There are a lot of exercises that are not physically overdemanding, and any increase in muscle is worth it, because additional muscle can burn more, and your CCLL goes up. On the other hand, a person with a high weight after loosing a lot often has a lower CCLL than when he/she started, due to not having the lost weight burdening the muscles day in/ day out.

You could also try a modified owl, substituting 5 g carbs - new rung food a little at a time instead of some of the low rung veggies...

The stick how to OWL explains

if you discover your CCLL is 30 and you want the higher rung foods you can sub them out too for some of your lower rung foods already in your WOE like remove a few carbs of cheese or nuts or veggies to get to the next level the berries and so on. But it will depend on your individual metabolism as to what you can handle and whay you can't.
This is where I am at the moment. Eating under 30 carbs to lose but have slowly climbed up the rungs.
