looks good to me!!! I am going to cook only one at a time because I am sure if there is a pile on the table with some hot sauce I would be a goner...

The ones i have here have 12.4g of carbs and .2 g of fibre per oz. Haven't weighed them but an ounce would be quite a few i think since their so light!

Thanks Nurselady I now have another treat I'd given up and now realize i can eat again! I just put them away thinking they were high in carbs and a big no-no.

Of course I'm throwing these ones out and getting new once since i just realized these are over a year old LOL.

My grocery store caters to the Indian community since it's in an ethnic area so I get a ton of different varieties of them. And i miss them so much!!! Nice sub for chips ( i like them fried and topped with salsa).

I'm going grocery shopping again today so i'm gonna check out some the those legume/nut mixes...there are tonnes of them around here, i'm pretty lucky that way. My only problem is alot of these things are shipped right from india and unfortuantely don't have carb counts, just worried about the seasonings. For the ones that look good i may write down the names and search them on the net to get a round about figure..

I'm heading to the States next week and was thinking of what snacks i should bring down, rather than having to spend the $$ down there, those mixes are a great idea.

I was gonna bring some protein shake mix but then figured maybe crossing the border with a ziplock baggie full of white powder may not be such a good idea? LOL i think i'd end up bonding with the border guards in an entirely different way :sarcasm
