I would just like to say that for me, the decision to stay "on plan" often revolves around remembering how terrible it felt to be "waiting to start" or "going to start" or "have to start" something that will get the weight off my body. There is nothing worse (in my opinion) than sitting there, thinking it's time to lose weight. It's such a powerless feeling. At least when I'm on plan, even if I'm bored, or craving, or stalled... I know it's a temporary thing. Being off plan, for me, often means lots of procrastinating, arguing with myself and wondering what/when/how to get moving again.
