  • Time for Rung 2!

    Man, I'm so glad I took the plunge and went to OWL - the variety of meals is just so much better. Have to find some jiacama this weekend though.

    I've lost two more pounds (after TOM), so it's on to Rung 2, dairy!

    Any tips for me?

    Not really any advice. I though rung two was somewhat straightforward. I like cottage cheese and yogurt and both are pretty much part of my diet now. Since you have not reached berries yet adding some essence or sugarfree syrups to the yogurt works great.
    You may also try to incorporate milk/cream in some cooking. Creamy veggie soups are great- especially now that it is getting colder.
