This is day 25 for me and I just have a question. Ever since about the 11th day on this diet, I have had no appetite. I am literally forcing my self to eat. And after I eat, I get a really sick feeling. It's not that I dont want the food, its just that Im not hungry and I feel full all the time. I have allowed myself 1 piece of whole grain toast in the morning as far as carbs but that is only because If I dont eat something (I hate eggs or anything for breakfast) then I will binge by lunch and cheat. I have tried this diet so many times and this is the longest Ive lasted (hence adding the toast). Today, I had 1 piece of 100% wholegrain toast and a porkchop for lunch. I know I need to get my veggies in. I will probably have a big salad tonight. I read that Ketosis gets rid of cravings which it has done. I have not cheated once (besides my toast) and I am down 17lbs. Im just scared that I will end up in starvation mode if im not already. If I was would I still be losing? Im full of energy and am losing inches, I just dont know how else besides adding lots of carbs to get my appetite back. Any suggestions would help. Thank you in advance

and polish sausage (homemade fresh) the day before. I have to force myself to eat breakfast. Usually I'll eat a piece of cheese and that will get me going and open up my mind to eating.
